Whether building a custom home or remodeling an existing one, from design concept to finishing touches, the success of your project is my focus. For clients who already have construction plans, I offer a Plan Review focusing on traffic flow and furniture placement. Built-in and fireplace design are available as well. For remodel clients just getting started and needing construction plans, I design and draft concepts in-house, or work with an architect for large scale projects. Finishes are presented together so you can see how all the design elements work together and visualize your upcoming new build or remodeled home.
Just need help with all the many finishes that go into a large project? Design time for putting together finish selections can be utilized as a stand alone project without drafting services.
Kitchen and bath
Like a puzzle, all the amenities you desire have to fit and flow well within your square footage. I problem solve and create floor plans, elevations, and 3D Images to help you visualize the transformation. After the layout is set, finish selections are made, and we tandem with a contractor to build a beautiful, well-functioning room.
Already have the room layout? No problem, a design package to select all the finishes can be purchased, saving you time and decision fatigue.
Furnishings and decorating
Furniture, area rugs, wall and window coverings are where beauty and function take center stage. I have extensive practical knowledge selecting the best furnishings and room arrangement for the way you live. First, we establish the best furniture layout. From that, we establish the budget and shopping list. Then furnishings are sourced from trade-only, retail and online, as appropriate. And finally, art, pillows and accessories - the details make the design giving you a completely finished space!

DIY Designer by your side
Want to do the work yourself and are unsure where to begin or what to change? This package will give you the ideas for you to implement on your own timeframe and budget. You will receive a pdf packet filled with ideas, inspiration images and, if applicable, newly configured layout concepts of your space to scale in 2D and 3D. All this can be done in-person, virtually or a mix of both.
